5% per paid ticket. Includes the 2% commission paid to a DJ or promoter when the guest buys through their link. Example: $1,000.00 ticket → venue gets $950.00. With no referral the platform keeps the full 5%. Free tickets: no fee.

Out of our 5%, 2% goes to the DJ or promoter whose link the guest used. A sale with no affiliate link pays no commission. That commission is paid out of our fee. It is never taken from the venue. A promo code entered at checkout credits that DJ or promoter and wins over a link when both are present.

Stripe processing fees are paid by the venue and, when a sale is attributed, by the DJ or promoter. The actual Stripe fee on the charge is deducted from their payouts and split in proportion to those payouts. The platform's 5% is not reduced by card processing. With no affiliate, the venue payout covers the whole Stripe fee and the platform keeps the full 5%. A refund or chargeback reverses an unpaid commission. A commission already sent is reversed in Stripe when possible, and any remainder is netted against that DJ's future earnings.

No refunds, except when an event is cancelled. When a sale is refunded or charged back, an unpaid DJ or promoter commission is cancelled. A commission already transferred is reversed in Stripe when the transfer allows it. Any amount that cannot be reversed is deducted from that member's future earnings.

DJ, promoter and venue profiles are reviewed before they appear in the public directory. A member can submit a gig from their dashboard. It shows as confirmed only after the venue, when the night is at a member venue, or an admin confirms it. Past confirmed events leave the upcoming list automatically and can stay in an archive.

Paid tickets are collected by House Music Near Me in USD through Stripe Checkout. Venues, DJs, and promoters receive payouts by Stripe Connect Express transfer. The platform keeps its fee. Stripe's processing fee is deducted from the venue and, on an attributed sale, the DJ or promoter, as described above.

Door staff may use a read-only guest-list link for an event. That list is the backup when a QR scanner is unavailable.
