How do I buy a ticket?
Open the event and press Tickets. When the night is sold on House Music Near Me, you pay on that page and the confirmation email includes your QR. When the venue still sells on their own page, Tickets opens that page. A link from a DJ or promoter profile uses their affiliate code. The price does not go up.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds, except when an event is cancelled. If the event is cancelled, the sale is refunded. If you cannot go, the ticket is not refunded.
Where is my QR ticket, and can you resend it?
The confirmation email has the QR and a link to open it again. Search your inbox and spam for House Music Near Me. To resend, use the contact form with the same email you paid with and the event name. We send the QR again to that address. Sales made only on a venue's own site stay on that site.
What if my ticket will not scan?
Tell the door your name. Every event has a live guest list on a phone, updated as people are checked in. Staff can find you on that list when the QR will not scan. The list is the backup. It is not a second ticket. Ticket, table and VIP sales appear on the list once ticketing is on.
How do DJ and promoter affiliate payouts work?
Your dashboard has an affiliate link and optional promo codes. You earn a commission only when a guest buys through your link or code. If both are present, the code wins. The click is remembered for 30 days, and a later link replaces it. The commission is paid out of our fee, never from the venue and never added to the buyer's price. Out of our 5%, 2% goes to the DJ or promoter whose link the guest used. A sale with no affiliate link pays no commission. Stripe processing fees are paid by the venue and, when a sale is attributed, by the DJ or promoter. The actual Stripe fee on the charge is deducted from their payouts and split in proportion to those payouts. The platform's 5% is not reduced by card processing. With no affiliate, the venue payout covers the whole Stripe fee and the platform keeps the full 5%. A refund or chargeback reverses an unpaid commission. A commission already sent is reversed in Stripe when possible, and any remainder is netted against that DJ's future earnings. Connect payouts in the dashboard. The commission is transferred 14 days after the event. A refund or chargeback cancels an unpaid commission, and a commission already sent is reversed or netted against later earnings. A sale with no affiliate link or code pays no commission.
How do venue payouts and setup work?
5% per paid ticket. Includes the 2% commission paid to a DJ or promoter when the guest buys through their link. Example: $1,000.00 ticket → venue gets $950.00. With no referral the platform keeps the full 5%. Free tickets: no fee. Stripe processing fees are paid by the venue and, when a sale is attributed, by the DJ or promoter. With no affiliate, the venue payout covers the whole Stripe fee and the platform keeps the full 5%. A refund or chargeback reverses an unpaid commission.
