What does setup cost?
Nothing. No monthly fee to open a partner venue page.
When do payouts arrive?
The buyer pays upfront through Stripe. Your share lands on Stripe's payout schedule.
Who pays the Stripe processing fee?
Stripe processing fees are paid by the venue and, when a sale is attributed, by the DJ or promoter. The actual Stripe fee on the charge is deducted from their payouts and split in proportion to those payouts. The platform's 5% is not reduced by card processing. With no affiliate, the venue payout covers the whole Stripe fee and the platform keeps the full 5%. A refund or chargeback reverses an unpaid commission. A commission already sent is reversed in Stripe when possible, and any remainder is netted against that DJ's future earnings.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds, except when an event is cancelled.
What if the scanner fails?
Each event has a live guest list your door team can open on a phone. It is the backup when the QR scanner is down, and it is updated as people are checked in. Tickets, tables, bottles, and experiences write to the same list once ticketing is on. You can also sync that list to a Google Sheet.
Will this work with our door system?
Yes. We can plug in a club's own ticketing or door API where they offer one. Until that connection is on, staff use the live guest list.
Is there a minimum on a free ticket?
No. A free ticket has no fee and no minimum. The 5% applies only when the price is above zero.
